Adult Chancel Choir

Stephanie Abudayeh conducts our adult Chancel Choir, which is also open to high schoolers.  The choir practices on Wednesdays and performs during worship service about twice a month.

The repertoire includes Sacred Music, Anthems, Spirituals, a dash of Classical, and an occasional CCM number.  

Special services include

• Lessons & Carols in Advent, usually together with Junior Choir, Handbell Choir and/or the Brass or Guitars
• Ash Wednesday, usually with St. Paul UCC's Choir
• Good Friday, often a tenebrae service or a cantata, sometimes with St. Paul and/or Congregational UCC
• Music Appreciation Sunday in May, usually with Handbells, Junior Choir and/or the instrumentalists

The choir is serious about the music and has lots of fun.  They've attracted several new members in the past few years and each one is making a solid contribution while learning to sing choral music.
